“When my daughter was born, she spent 5 nights in the NICU and this was very difficult for our whole family. Seeing the families that had been in the hospital for months really left an impact on me. Clay’s Run 2024
One of our Pressing On supporters, Clay Buckwalter, will be running the 2024 Pittsburgh Marathon to benefit the hospitalized families that Pressing On serves. Last year, Clay raised over $1,000 by running the Half Marathon and this year his mileage and fundraising goals are even bigger! He’ll be running 26.2 miles - the FULL MARATHON - in order to provide meal vouchers, care packages, gas cards, crisis coaching and spiritual support for hospitalized families in Pittsburgh.
It's our hope that Clay’s perseverance in running will inspire others to "Press On" through various obstacles in our lives!
